The Noevir massage
The Noevir massage is a quick and easy way to quickly revitalize and invigorate the skin and underlying muscles increasing blood flow and nutrients. Begin at the center of the forehead working up and out on each side, making seven small circles and repeat three times. Next, beginning at the inner corner of the top lid circle the eyes gently five times. Press on the below the eyes at the inner corners, draw a line to the temples and press again. Massage up and down the very top of the nose ten times, the sides five times and finish with five semi circles on the lower sides. Applying pressure as moving upwards stroke five semi circles around the outer corners of the mouth towards the center.
